Sorry I was just checking for flying pigs.
SecuROM is a rather notorious DRM program due to the many issues it can cause, from annoying slowdowns to game breaking activation problems, it’s a wonder more games don’t have it patched out just to save on the support costs.
It’s this writers opinion that the decision to remove any DRM is always a welcome one, and hopefully it will become a more common affair. Maybe publishers will eventually realize that all it really gets them is one or two days before the pirates make a crack, a lot of support tickets, and alienating their customers.
