EA has let the cat out of the bag by announcing The Sims 3 Pets for PS3, Xbox 360, 3DS, PC, Mac. Its time to get your cuddle on!
They’re talking it up big-style, heralding the game as “the biggest undertaking in the franchise’s history,” which considering the sheer volume of The Sims games and their spin-offs, has got to be saying something. I don’t know about you, but I’ve always felt pets should be a given in the sims. I’m vary happy to see them cuddle there way in.
There’s a big bunch of different pet breeds available to you, apparently, totaling well over 100! If breeding is more your thing you’ll also be able to create your own breed by mating your pet with a friend’s. So does this mean I can make a liger (lion + tiger)? I choose to believe so!
On Xbox 360 the game will be completely standalone with Kinect support. The PC version is an expansion. No word on a release date yet. But if you are really craving some sims, the sims generations was just released go give that a play! But if your a sims fan I am sure you already have.
